At Beauty Tools Australia, we ship from our warehouse in Bentleigh, Victoria. All domestic shipments are sent via Australia Post.
We ship to Australia and New Zealand. All amounts below are in Australian dollars (AUD), and the same rates apply to every product, including ULKA dust collectors.

Free standard shipping applies when your merchandise subtotal after discounts reaches $150, before shipping charges. Gift card purchases do not count towards the threshold. Express remains an optional paid service at every order value; qualifying for free standard shipping does not upgrade your order to express.
Processing, dispatch and delivery
Order preparation and dispatch are separate from carrier transit time. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order is dispatched. Any carrier transit estimate starts after dispatch and is not a guaranteed arrival date. Delivery can be affected by destination, public holidays, customs and carrier delays.
Australia Post offers International Express to New Zealand. Choose Express at checkout if you prefer this paid option. We do not promise a fixed New Zealand express arrival time.
Please note: International orders may be subject to duties, taxes, and customs fees upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping rates or order total.
Promotions & Free Standard Shipping
The free standard shipping offer covers all products shipped to Australia and New Zealand, including dust collectors and larger equipment. There is no size, weight or dust-collector exclusion from these rates. Express shipping is always a paid option.
Free gifts and bonuses
Where a promotion includes a free gift, the gift is added at dispatch, varies by order value, and is dispatched while stocks last. We may substitute an item of equal value if a specific gift becomes unavailable.
Changes and corrections
We may amend, pause, or end a promotion at any time, and reserve the right to correct pricing or eligibility errors. Orders already placed in good faith will be honoured at the offered terms.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can track your parcel at auspost.com.au for domestic orders.
Delivery Issues
- Incorrect address: Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Re-shipping costs may apply.
- Lost or delayed parcels: If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier.
- Damaged parcels: If your order arrives damaged, please take photos and contact us within 7 days of delivery. See our Returns & Refunds Policy for details.
