What do the colour bands on drill bits mean?

The colour band indicates the grit (coarseness) of the drill bit. Blue is medium grit for general-purpose work like gel removal and surface prep. Red is fine grit for finishing and sensitive areas. How do I sterilise nail drill bits?

What RPM should I use with nail drill bits?
